Right Click the model with the tool and hold C. You should see the list of bones on the right.

yea i have the tool just im not great with figuring out this sort of stuff. ig im a little lost with it :/

Every gun on these models is pose-able (for the Orelikon AA, the Recoils are shape keys, you need to use Face Poser for those).

i know it was something with bone tool but im having a little trouble with figuring out if i can pose the turrets or the mounts in anyway. I don't know if these models can be posed like that but do you think you could try to make the turrets pose-able

These are just props, not vehicles.
