@Javadog no i did not have any slugpups on me nor do i have pups+ but resubscribing actually helped thanks

@NerdViking for right now they are enabled for all slugcats though i might look into adding drones to find

@Kuri did you have any slugpups with you or are using pups+? Last time this bug showed up it was caused by pups+ pups triggering the drone. Can you also try unsubscribing and resubscribing? Sometimes mods don’t update so you may be on a old version

i stumbled upon the bug where the uncustomized drone appears on a modded slugcat with drones disabled for "other"

@toyarcticaj should be fixed! currently pebbles will still read pearls to spearmaster which im debating leaving in as pebbles really shouldn't be reading pearls to spearmaster considering the interaction with pebbles. if you run into any other problems please let me know!

@javadog Yes, it was! I went to Moon first to get the mark, and Pebbles gave Artificer dialogue upon entering his chamber. Could it be related to him reading pearls to scugs with drones? I do have the Pebbles Reads Pearls mod, but I'm pretty sure that mod only affects Rivulet campaign, & I have Riv's drone turned off to help avoid possible conflicts. I could be wrong, though! (reposting my comment because I forgot to tag you the first time, apologies)

Elaboration on my last comment because I'm unsure if I can edit it, I ended up having to disable the drone on Spearmaster in order to progress. Pebbles was giving Artificer dialogue instead of Spearmaster dialogue, leaving me effectively softlocked.

I'm afraid that this mod may have broken Spearmaster's campaign :[

Rain world's cat distribution system really REALLY wants to turn Pebbles into a cat person after Arti's success at gaining his tolerance. Never should have worn that cat suit ages ago. He is cursed for life.

@javadog it was just that portion!! i think i was just confused because it wasn't disabling, oops! thank you for fixing it :] this mod is absolutely wonderful! i love being able to give the purposed slugs + post-campaign arti drones

@toyarcticaj cant believe i forgot to make a check to see if the option for having the drone was disabled! just updated so it should be fixed. out of curiosity what parts of the remix menu did you find confusing?

Love this mod! I have a question, though. Are you supposed to be unable to disable the drones on certain slugcats? The ones I've unchecked the box on still have a drone. Apologies if the answer seems obvious, the remix menu for this mod left me a little confused.

Pebbles can now read pearls from slugcats with drones! They aren't added to the collection or the pearls at the bottom right of his chamber which ill work on later.

I have the "pebbles can't kill slugcats with drones" on & after meeting five pebbles; he gives the "if you're going to visit again, at least give me a pearl to read" yet when I give him a colored pearl (using monk campaign currently, he has a drone on) nothing happens. Chance you could make an add on where pebbles reads pearls with slugcats who have drones?

Hmm weird, never played with these mods before so I’ll have to see if I can fix it with them in mind. I won’t be able to upload a fix for a while but I will once I can.

I was playing around a little bit in expedition mode (got a slugpup as rivulet) I have some mods that allow all slugcats to have pups (pups everywhere, as well as pups+ & genetic slugpups for example) & the drone changed back to default color. However I don't experience the same glitch when I play as survivor in story mode. Idk if another mod is breaking this or if it's this one exclusively, just thought I'd let you know.

I have the "pebbles unable to kill slug with drone" & "open gate to metropolis" toggled on.
I have Survivor (gray custom) Monk (yellow custom) Hunter (green custom) Gourmand (pink custom) Artificer (default colors) Rivulet (blue custom) Spearmaster (purple custom) Saint (green custom) Inv (dark blue custom) Watcher (dark purple custom) drones (all artificer models) & I disabled the ability for modded/other slugcats to have drones but it's still default color on that setting.

I unsubbed & resubbed to the mod but I'm still seeing the drone changing to default when I tame a pup. My game didn't generate an exceptionlog so I can't really send anything

@ Peacherweasel | Skyjackal if it’s happening with slugpups I think I might know what’s going on. It sees the slugpup and chooses the drone options that’s for modded slugcats which the default colors are artificer’s. Can’t fix it today but i should be able to tomorrow.

I did manage to figure out that the drone changed from the custom colors to the default colors after I found & tamed a slugpup though

i know i already made a comment on here, but i got a fire suggestion. What if the drone could display overseer signs? like pointing at a threat(simularly to how the chieftain's drone points at you when you're about to have a brawl with the scav) i think that would be sick lol(if its not to difficult to code of course TVT)

I start with the colors I gave the drone for a slugcat, I shelter, & then it changes to artificer's default colors

I edited the colors for the drone for hunter, went into expedition. Everything seemed to work until randomly it switched back to the default colors. idk why

Took longer than it should have but now all slugcats have their own drones along with options to stop pebbles from killing slugcats with drones and opening Metropolis and Bitter Aerie!

Having an issue where having this mod enabled isn't letting me load into the arena. I only started having this issue today, but upon unsubbing to this mod, that seems to fix the issue I was having.
