Just saying someone suggested it to me that Keith is actually telling three other survivors about how great and heroic his buddy Ellis how he saved him from dying to makeshift fire works. but this also works I like to imagine left 4 dead 3 is made Keith has to be a survivor and he telling threee other suriors about his buddy ellis and when all 8 of them meet both are gonna want to know who story is the truth
