file format more like image format in the VTF*

VTF's compression isn't smart sadly.

Looking through and easy ways to get it down would to just be, switch over from DXT5 to DXT1. I couldn't find a texture that actually used the alpha channel for anything used.

Not sure if you need a 2k texture for the ear color when it's a solid color. You have a "placeholder normal" that's 1k and could just be 8x8 or whatever.

Just keep in mind with compression, a texture of a solid color and a texture of pure noise that are the same res and format are the same filesize. it's all about resolution and file format.

@Electric Blood Mage It's mostly just the textures. I definitely went a little higher than necessary in that regard.

im unsure what you did to have issues with the physics collision but the model being 40 megabytes is scary lol
