@Torty_Playz dude just explained that Photon is lighting engine. From what I remember you need to buy "VCmod" for non-"symfphys" vehicles in order to have an ability to have more people in the vehicle.

Roleplays will just be unrealistic if your friends can't get in the vehicle in real life or in-game, that's why I prefer simfphys, the problem is that no one makes simfphys firetrucks

photon is a lighting engine and doesnt have anything to do with the seats on a car.

All the controls can be found in the Photon menu that you can see when you hold C.
