PLEASE NOTE: I have had difficulties in the past with making Package Survival Meals or Pemmican with modded ingredients that pawns will eat while on caravan. The ones made with modded ingredients were listed as not offering any nutrition at all while on caravan.

Please reserve vanilla ingredients, such as rice, corn, potatoes, beef, chicken, pork, etc to make those meals, while using mostly modded ingredients for the regular meals that the colonists eat while at home in the colony.

I really like this, but I feel like it should take a lot more research to be able to plant a meat substitute

Oh thank god, the synthmeat mod I used years ago hasn't been updated in... years!
And already 1.6 compatible, you the best.

@game_star Synthmeat is functionally identical to animal meat. It's still considered meat by vegetarians/vegans.

tn_rustamov you can get Rimsenal mod which puts the animals in mini homes , they can breed and grow but use nearly no CPU.

I like the idea, and since we already have such technology irl, it make sense and immersive. May i suggest adding grow pod for meat too? Consume power, but grow faster for small area like mountain base and such

Cool Mod. Now I can make "Vegetarian Carnivore Meals". But you need to change the texture a bit. The "Meat" litterally looks like it causes toxic buildup from the color.

On the one hand, this is complete nonsense and watermelon, on the other hand...for once in my life, I will be able to put meat into normal production, because keeping 100 heads of animals and eating delicious food at 20 fps and 80 fps is such a pleasure. Thank you for your hard work :D (I would like to change the texture of the meat, otherwise it looks like poison xD)
