Well maybe add some of the stitching details on the mask and perhaps make the filter have some brush strokes.

Yes, I agree with Foster's gas mask, but my gas mask was modeled after the German WWI gas mask, the Rahmenmaske M1917, and I think the new look suits it better than the worn one.

@Trumpet Player, Hi, what do you mean by more worn out, are you suggesting to make the gas mask more old and worn out? Scratches, fading of the rubber color, etc.?

The texture seems flat, it seems like the Medic is just wearing a blob. Why not use some more brush work on the mask to make it look old and have some wear on the filter.
