awesome yeah, i had a theory it had to be related to costing 0, but idk i got rid of the mod before even checking with other ammos... i kinda just wanted to play the game at the time lmfao... good mod though, really.

Ok that took much longer than I wanted. I think I found the issue. The 20mm was set to a cost of 0 which most likely caused the crash. Ill have it fixed here in a hot minute if life allows me to

"Fixed ammo count (Might break previous saves)"

I set the count to 10x when messing around and forgot to set it back to default. If its a previous save thats probably why. If its a new save then ill look into it after I get off of work

errr for whatever reason when i try to buy 20mm rounds specifically (not sure if this happens with other ammo types) the game just straight up crashes... any explanations to help fix this? it seemed like a nice mod to have, but it made the game just unplayable.

Oh whoops. Forgot to change that. Yeah I was messing around with ammo count and forgot to revert it back.

And it's not only about guns. It's about all equipment

Amount of ammo is too hight, man. Idk, if you changed it on purpose or if it was an accident, but one autocannon carries 4k rounds... This is nonsense

That is correct. The default is like 1.3 or something so I increased it to 3 and it was skipping a cross the ocean like a flying fish with out any fins. To say the least it was unstable. At 1.3 it was roughly 50 or 60 knots and at 2 it was closer to 100 - 130 knots. Give or take the weather. Past a force of 2 it starts to take flight and become unstable.

(I read those)
Barge speed is usually modified by changing the barge's xml file, where the details of its physics objects are kept. Specifically, in /game_objects/vehicle_chassis_barge.xml there is a section for <force_emitters>, and there are two force emitters in that section. Increasing the magnitude of these gives the barge more thrust. Whether that actually translates into more speed depends on several physical interactions - you can easily give the barge so much thrust it mostly just spends all its time skipping about like a dolphin and looking silly, or smashing into things, but increasing those values slightly is a great start

Could you explain how to edit barge speed?
