I set the count to 10x when messing around and forgot to set it back to default. If its a previous save thats probably why. If its a new save then ill look into it after I get off of work
Barge speed is usually modified by changing the barge's xml file, where the details of its physics objects are kept. Specifically, in /game_objects/vehicle_chassis_barge.xml there is a section for <force_emitters>, and there are two force emitters in that section. Increasing the magnitude of these gives the barge more thrust. Whether that actually translates into more speed depends on several physical interactions - you can easily give the barge so much thrust it mostly just spends all its time skipping about like a dolphin and looking silly, or smashing into things, but increasing those values slightly is a great start
