Oh I've fixed it yesterday, but assets updates seems to be unreliable. they most often dont auto-update on the client side. Just go to your ingame Content menu -> Assets, search for "FailerTrainDDOld1" and remove it from your game. Then come back to this page, resubscribe, and hopefully the problem will dissapear.

I believe this one has a lighting bug with its headlights, but else-wise its still a great model.
