thanks :) maybe i did something wrong because "mat_dxlevel 95" didnt work so i wrote "-dxlevel 95" in the launch options.

For proper operation of the eyes need to run the game with the support of DX 9.0c

Right-click on the game => properties => launch Options => + mat_dxlevel 95

I can hardly speak English and I am afraid that Google translator translated many delusions.
I will say one thing, that this program is abandoned and refuses to work on new video cards.
Personally, I was able to get a snapshot of running it all on XP SP3

For other works, I use the source PSK through the program umodel.
