@Rixarlin: Thanks for the feedback. That’s actually not a valid solution, though.
Please note that the footprints have a fixed direction. For the suggested solution to work, the prints would have to be backwards in several places.

Looks like there's another solution to The Way Home puzzle, I found that going: up, right, down, right, up, right, down, down, right, and up. Unless I'm missing something that solution should also work.

This was an absolutely fantastic room. Very creative, and a unique visual style that I've not seen in any other room. Music and voice acting were great, a beautiful little story, and really nice puzzles with a comfy difficulty level. I highly recommend it.
QuantumForce 3 Aug @ 11:34am
Beautiful story and a very novel use of the Escape Simulator engine!
yaldabaoth 1 Aug @ 12:46pm
One of the best rooms I've played. Congrats!

Won't let me type the name, mouse or keyboard.
Steeloid 29 Jul @ 5:12pm
Wow! I've never played a room like that before that was great! Incidentally what's written on the back of the book? It was never shown long enough for me to read it.
Wollo  [author] 27 Jul @ 2:58pm
@nevrax: Sorry to hear that you are having issues. I've just retested it several times and have checked the setup in the editor. Everything seems to be working fine with the OK button. What are you seeing? Is the button highlighted as you approach it? Does the rabbit not disappear at all?
I think I can only ask you to retry, it really should work, there is nothing complicated going on when you click it.
nevrax 27 Jul @ 12:46pm
how do you fix the loading bug at the very start? clicking OK on the rabbit toy dialog box does not work, so I cannot actually start the game. same issue on the deck.
any thoughts? many thanks

This was so cute! I loved the story so much, I ended up replaying it to show my wife and son! I loved the voice acting and felt the puzzles were challenging, but doable. Super recommend if you're looking for something cute and fun, with a familiar style.
syl 23 Jul @ 12:11pm
Omg, I had such a blast playing this room! Amazing work! Loved every bit of it, especially the last few puzzles starting from the key. It gets a bit de-synced when you play it with a friend but it's not that bad!
Lillinettix 23 Jul @ 12:09pm
wow this is a one of a kind room! so much thought and love put into it! i cannot recommend it enough- thanks to the creators for making this <3
Monkey_Chicka 22 Jul @ 11:01pm
That was incredible. Thank you!
chloee 21 Jul @ 11:28pm

DestPestoDud 12 Jul @ 5:31pm
Amazing, but what happened to Tobias? :eunbi::eunbi:
lbwhaples 10 Jul @ 6:44pm
This is one of the best community puzzles I've ever done! It was just the right amount of challenge and the art and story were fantastic! So different and imaginative! Thank you so much for your time an effort on this! I was engaged the whole way through. The only issue I had was when inserting the final door key into the keyhole, I had to drag it up instead of down to get it to go down but otherwise everything worked great. Definitely one of my all time favorites!
Wollo  [author] 10 Jul @ 11:13am
@Acrobot: Thanks for the detailed bug description, this really helped me understand the issue, so it's fixed now. I'm really sorry that you couldn't finish the room!
Acrobot 10 Jul @ 8:40am
Really nice game. Unfortunately, got stuck at the puzzle right after the key - when I placed the letters, I had an extra tile in my inventory. I quickly clicked on the empty slot but then narration started twice and nothing happened later on, so needed to quit the game :/

This is a piece of art! 10/10
Wollo  [author] 10 Jul @ 1:29am
I've added a skip button to the key puzzle. I'm still not sure what issue players are actually encountering, so please let me know if you have any information or even a video!
Crowley 9 Jul @ 1:35pm
We loved this Escape Room so much, but the really glitchy key puzzle destroyed the experience. That puzzle is really nerve racking, pleeeease make a Skip Button or another riddle, because otherwise it was a really awesome room!!
super00bird 9 Jul @ 9:57am
Incredible! The creativity of this map is out of the box. A children's story telling but for adult. So good.
WombatCombat 9 Jul @ 8:42am
Magnificent room. The puzzles were well-thought out, and I always felt like I knew what needed to be done and the challenge was in working out how to do it correctly, which is a great indicator of puzzles done right.

It is abundantly clear that a huge amount of work went into this room and I commend everybody involved. I think this is an amazing showcase of what is truly possible in Escape Simulator.
Wollo  [author] 9 Jul @ 2:22am
@Pandemonis: I took great care to extensively test the room and had beta tests running for a month. I'm sorry if something fell through the cracks. Could you please elaborate on what happened? Did the word disappear from both the text and the floating words at the same time and do you know at what you did when it disappeared? Also, have you tried using the reset button?
Pandemonis 8 Jul @ 3:22pm
Felt very poetic and original, but got stuck in the buggy floating words that disappeared in the light. Should do more QA/5
NO THIS IS HATTRICK 28 Jun @ 12:02pm
Probably the best custom room I've played so far in Escape Simulator.
Incredible levels of artistry and a seamless blend between puzzles and story.
DonLyn 23 Jun @ 11:47am
Pretty, cute and very enjoyable. Thank you!
Wollo  [author] 23 Jun @ 11:09am
@Hugosuperfireman2334: Can you elaborate on what kind of glitch you experienced? Did dragging the key up and down not work in some way?
Hugotheclutchslayking255 22 Jun @ 2:27am
couldnt finish the game as it got glitchy at the grab the key puzzle> Shame as it is a very sweet gtame
meg 21 Jun @ 11:23pm
So great!! It was really really good. Loved the illustrations and the voices.
jliyahdavis 21 Jun @ 1:56pm
Beautiful but I'm struggling with the key
Amarilyss 21 Jun @ 12:11pm
The work you did with this story was awesome, Thank you and the two other people that worked in it with you.
The drawings are beautiful, the animations and music, the narration, the text, everything was extraordinary.
Alice_inBlackParade 20 Jun @ 1:49pm
It didn't feel like an Escape Simulator room at all. It honestly felt like it's own independent game. It felt very polished. Puzzles were original, the story captivating, the art style absolutely charming. Robin's voiceover felt very professional (also lovely voice btw). Massive kudos to the whole team.
Amazing job.
RainerStinkler 19 Jun @ 7:55am
4/5 Points. The puzzles were well thought through, but i hoped the notoks would ultimatly eat Rita in the end.
Medic 17 Jun @ 8:42am
This is the best room build I have played so far. Except the last word puzzle that is a bit tedious and long winding but the quality and craftsmanship of this room is out of this world. I have notoks for it and no words too. :steamhappy:
ellynelltell 16 Jun @ 8:50am
i went crazy on the last level with words... thanks for the psychological breakdown
SuicidalBanana 16 Jun @ 2:39am
Downloaded this on a whim at 4am and played with a friend, was quite a surprised at how full of quality it was! Absolute joy to play definitely a favorite, huge difficulty spike with those last few puzzles though!
Franch 15 Jun @ 3:48pm
@Bartololomeo only beta testers got to see Hard Mode :D

This is a beautiful map. Amazing concept and execution. Highly recommended.
Bartololomeo 15 Jun @ 1:44pm
I can't believe it! Wollo fiinally created an easy map!
Zesty Mordant 15 Jun @ 6:17am
Another fantastic room by Wollo, amazing work by everyone involved. This could be an indie game on it's own.
