@Cripp this is completely true, the only reason that is included is just a catch all disclaimer I copy and paste to all my projects that are unofficial. That exact reason is why I wanted to put this out so those folks burned could have a chance to at least play game they paid for :)

Just an update for anyone who comes across this, ignore the last part of their description. You cannot buy this. It was yet another cancelled Kickstarter scam and people are still fighting for refunds
