@Nova That's already in the later future updates in the description: "Omega Soldier fully speeches without overriding normal Combine Soldiers voices (Same goes with the Omega Apache)"

As for NPC icons. I don't really have any trouble adding them myself just busy doing the other things then at the end adding the NPC icons. But you are welcome to try.
