I don't bother to use modded xenotypes beyond pillaging their genes for my own custom-made xenotypes.
And that's just what I intend to do. Even though I do like the Zohar. And I love the rifle.
Thank you <3
That just means i will have to be patient for two weeks until a more stable form of 1.6 exists.
Fixed. Thank you for notice me.
- Run with all DLCs and only this mod activated
```
Could not load Texture2D at 'Things/Projectile/Bullet_Amarok' for def 'Bullet_Amarok' in any active mod or in base resources.
Could not load Texture2D at 'Things/Projectile/Gbullet' for def 'Bullet_MicroTurret' in any active mod or in base resources.
```
Awesome mod by the way.
- Some xml fixes.
- New item, mauler rifle added.
Mauler rifle:
A heavy-duty rifle with an integrated suppressor. Offers high stopping power and strong firepower, but suffers from a low rate of fire and limited range. Equipped with a micro-turret launcher that must be reloaded after each shot using an industrial component.
Graydale Defense ATR-77 "Amarok" series Special Response Rifle, GEN3.
Though included in the Greydale Seedship production template, the ATR-77 rarely produced in actual colonies for obvious reasons-It defies Greydale Defense principles of modularity, uniform quality, and ease of use. However, it gets the job done. Especially when it delivers a subsonic heavy round through the skull of an enemy too distracted by the micro turret.
Feels like the Tisiphone ones should be either excellent survivalists (fits the "hunting the Federation" thing), or support types somehow meant to counter the Federation terror tactics: Medicine and Art or Construction focused, very compassionate. The ones you send in to help piece together shattered communities. Aid workers, essentially.
It would definitely be something different to most genetype mods you see.
Feel free to correct me but I'm just reading off the patch log from the CE discord on what is patched
Then you can either lean into the withered organ idea and give them some kind of withered lung debuff, maybe some interaction with toxin, asthma, etc.
Thematically, if somebody was so disturbingly unfeeling, there should be some kind of social uneasiness they give others. Maybe give them some effect that's similar to the disturbing trait from anomaly?
정말 감사드려요!!!!!!!!!!!!! 와.. 시리즈 갓모드!!!!!!!!!!
Zohar stands in direct contrast to the uncontrollable rage and blind violence of the Hussars. You don't call them when you need to stop a rampaging herd of thrumbos—you call them when you need to throw a sack full of kittens into a river.
Anyway, I've got more to think about. Still got some rough edges to polish.
It looks like this:
XML Verse.GeneDef defines the same field twice: exclusionTags.
Field contents: Stomach.
- 'Negative percentages on Social Impact/Negotiation/Conversion' gene.
- 'Shorter life span', since lore-wise they seem to be originally used for seedships, hence them dying off much quicker since I'd imagine there's no need for them once the colony is up and running at a nominal pace.
- 'a near-permanent negative aura/social/romance effect' gene, for example a "- Unsettling presence: -30" on their socials, "Their presence gives me the chills -7" moodlet, or a "Non-Zohar romance chance x-10%" like the Uncouth gene from Roo's Satyr's Xenotype.
- 'Passionless' genes, like the ones from Alite's gene mods.
- hell you could even give them a 'Nutrient paste/Packaged survival meal dependancy' gene and/or nutrient paste/packaged meal-like food stuffs, NPDTiers or Misstals's 'Plated Rations/Plated Lavish Rations' for an example.
Her:
Why not just make the -joy -beauty gene more expensive and rebalance it? Why not make the zohar more likely to have violent mental breaks and kill whoever they dislike the most because they think "they need to go" or something else more significant?
Fortunately you have the power of the electric stove!
-The test results revealed that removing the joy and beauty needs is an overpowered gene that doesn't fit a -1 tier. Instead, Zohar's now tend to vomit with unpleasant frequency. Sorry.
-Their naming ruleset has changed.
Can you give white phosphorus bombs for gear?
prank idea: I think it would be absolutely hilarious if you just started saying that if you use your mods with CE it bricks the game
Because no one else would or could.
They're the fall-guy xenotype. Everyone hates them to their faces while being secretly pleased that they, themselves, didn't have to do what the Zohar did, and benefiting from it.
A delicious irony of fate is that humanity NEEDS hypocrisy, to a certain extent, merely to stay sane and go on living.
Uh... actually, the thing is, Zohars are originally designed to be generated with Semitic names. This incident happened because the English string files and the Korean string files were accidentally saved in swapped locations.
Huh, I messed up something.
Thank you for notice me. Fixed.
And now because TurtleShroom brought it up, clearly too much clothes. I can't see how the skin effect looks on the body now!
