@Sep unfortunately not, as the backend code for picking an MAA handles it item-by-item for each regiment in the game
Theoretically, a compatch would just need to add those regiments to the scripted_effects folder in the mod (common -> scripted_effects -> mlci_request_regiment_effects.txt)
