You need to subscribe to serverperks first and after you do, you can find them in the "System" folder.

After you do all that, enable serverperks in mutators tab before starting a game then you'll be able to play as her.

Thank you for your feedback. The arms and fingers caused a lot of issues for me with the weights and bones due me not understanding how they work in kf haha. I will fix it after I ask around whenever I have time.
