Two suggestions. First up, a police version of either the Desperado or the Conquest, as the Constable is only gonna last so many more years, and police departments were beginning to experiment with police SUVs already at this point. (granted, usually in more rural areas) Second, for the town, might be nice to get a few streetlights. It do get a bit dark at nights. Maybe a pay-phone or two somewhere as well.
