I've fix the issue that no goody huts in large mapsize.

And I also make sure that there are always waterways from inland sea to main ocean! @Adam

I tried this out and there was no outlet from the inland sea to the ocean, which is what I expected. It would be nice if the map always generated an outlet, like say the Mediterranean.

@jonathanla is right, the problem is precisely the large size of the map, there are no huts, no city-states. Everything is fine on the huge map, everything is there and there is a lot of everything.

I have a Ynamps TSL earth that worked before last patch. not working now. I would love a TSL earth map!

Thanks for your quick report!
Civ 7 has a much lower player limit than Civ 6 (and only half of the players on your home continent), so it's normal to play with a large map without encountering other players. So I recommend playing with smaller map sizes.
As for not being able to meet goodie huts, this is also a problem due to the large map size.

fyi, i played this today with large map and there were no goodie huts and I didn't run into more than 2 other Civs and barely any other independent states.
