Regarding the desync in mp issue, it only occurs with the initial event if not paused from getting a labour contract, the following events don't cause it.

I remember this being released intitally, unfortunately the mod being bugged via loc or something, also never knew if it really work because i soon dismissed it, this new dlc made me think this idea would be great. if this works, you are a chad
