If you ever lose the config, just copy the numbers from the mod's URL, make a new mod and open up ModInfo file. Then paste the numbers over the SteamWorkshopId and you will be able to update it again.

This should work on the latest version of MCC. I had to republish the mod as I lost the initial mod config when I uploaded it to the workshop.
