I also want to suggest a formable for Uruguay (and maybe Paraguay, Piratini and Santa Catarina if you reaaaaly what to stretch it), namely the "League of the Free Peoples", wich was a loose alliance of provinces that existed from 1815-1820 with José Gervasio Artigas (still alive at the time) as it's protector.

I suggest it should at least encompass Uruguay, Santa Fe and Corrientes, with Rio grande do Sul and Santa Catarina if you want to stretch it. For it's primary cultures, it could be Platinean/Uruguayan + Guarani and maybe Sulista.

I have two suggestions, if you don't mind.
Could you change the references of "La Plata" to "Rio de la Plata" or the english version "River Plate" instead? I'm from Argentina and just hearing "La Plata" by itself it's a bit weird.
Besides, "Provincias Unidas del Rio de la Plata" it's still an official name for Argentina, according to our own constitution:

"Section 35.- The denominations successively adopted from 1810 up to the present,
namely: "United Provinces of the River Plate"; "Argentine Republic"; "Argentine
Confederation", shall henceforth be official names to be indistinctly used for the
designation of the government and territory of the provinces, the words "Argentine Nation"
being used in the making and enactment of laws."

This is great! One issue however: communist Persia's name "People's Republic of Persia" is missing the apostrophe in "People's"

I would heavily suggest updating the images for this workshop page (maybe even integrating some from the OG mod's pag) because without reading the description it appears that this mod only affects the La Plata region

Hi, so the old Otto's mod was infamous among many flag modders due to unnecessarily using textured emblems to represent the entire flag, resulting in the 3.8 GB bloat in the file size

Will this project eventually aim to convert those 1.5 mb textured emblem flags into the more proper way of creating flags in Vic3? It could potentially cut the file size in half, as many of the flags in the mod can already be constructed with vanilla Vic3's colored emblems

I love this mod, but the only thing I would change besides some of the more ridiculous names is that I would make the color red more consistent across different flags. In certain cases, it looks very over-saturated (e.g. the Ottoman flag).
