hey you will want to update that this does work with earls, as you just edit unit visuals. its compatible no problem at all.

So I checked, and the mod you showed me has to do with tinkering with the DB files. Unfortunately, that's not my cup of tea to tinker with. Though thanks for bringing this up so I could list this with incompatibilities
