I like how you're giving Black Mesa the Black Mesa: Blue Shift treatment. See, I hope that somebody makes an addon where Black Mesa: Blue Shift textures, models, sounds, etc are imported to Black Mesa for the visual and environmental Consistency

Yes the hud dissapears in gonarch's lair. I removed it and I will never use it again unless it's fixed.

I know i've already written a comment like this before, but I would love to see a cutscene for when Gordon first meets the vortigaunts at the end of Anomalous Materials. Instead of just teleporting in with the camera completely frozen facing the vortigaunts, I would love to see Gordon actually reacting to what's going on around him.

This looks awesome and I love it. I have noticed a slight issue though, when I began Gonarch's Lair my HUD disappeared and I was unable to access any of my weapons except for the one I had in my hands when I teleported. I had to start a new game on that chapter to get them back

Incredible work, and it makes me sadge that it conflicts with the mod that puts the crowbar back in the original HL1 map. Hell, maybe I'll edit this mod myself to fix that.
