Fixed:
- Missed adding heat campfires to winter tab and cold campfires to summer tab.
Don't know why I didn't think of this earlier.
KreygasmTR mod now updated. That version will have less extreme settings plus will not be updated as often.

- All click areas (collision boxes) have finally been fixed on all deluxe campfires.
Please test out and give feedback. Are she click area too small now?
I checked all the sprites and removed some edge/outer transparency artifacts. Makes the sprite look a bit better but does not fix the large click area. Haven't found a solution for that yet.

- Sanity boost setting for stars.
- Less and more drop rate setting.
- Individual drop rate settings.
* Balances:
- New default is 50% lower sanity boost.
- Less chance to get gems.

- Drop amounts are a bit random.
Fixes:
- Light range setting only worked on Deluxe Firepit.
- Light range bonus is now max +50% instead of 100% to prevent too long distance that wont be rendered.
But I will see if I can. There are things not clickable in Hamlet, like those hanging down from above. So it should be fixable if I do that for the flames.
