one of them spawns randomly in almost every room in any floor, im new to the binding of issac, is this normal?? its really annoying

Hey @Ant Chan, any plans on adding compatibility with Last Judgement's Corpse alt Mortis for your custom Rotten Gaper variants down the road (all you need to do is give your variants unique Mortis sprites and make them spawn Phages instead of Small Maggots)?
