It's just Bomb Carrier with the awful Macaw Masked groups. Not a bad idea, I would just much prefer pleasant and logical pattern placements, but sucks that Valve hates it's contributors.

It looks nice but the stripes representing the edges of the wooden planks are somewhat off-putting. Then again I do play MVM, but have never seen the Rome Vision version of the tanks (tbh. I don't think I've ever encountered Rome Vision in the wild).

its been a long time since I first thought about romevision, such an odd yet cool feature of tf2 thats mostly forgotten. its nice to be reminded of its existence
