Do you have a lot of other class recruitment events installed? They will all fight for priority. Since they're usually set to like 1000 priority value, they might take precedence over the Dragonsaintess one until they're thinned out more.
Yes, as per her skill description, the heal only procs on party members with 30% hp or less. Anyone at higher HP will be healed for 0.
The thing with BR is that u need specific stats since they all got rebalanced.
This is for DD. If you the quest didn't show up instantly, you might have to play a few quests and see if it does after that.

I appreciate the support! Definitely some more projects in the pipeline, but I'm letting their kits simmer for longer so I can make them more interesting.
If you have a some additional modded quests in your map, her quest might get pushed out by the quest limit cap. It can reappear at random in a future week if this is the case. Her quest shouldn't ever disappear without you doing it, since I have it flagged as a plot quest. I've tried some updates to make her quest ignore the quest limit cap, but if its still sometimes not appearing, maybe the fix didn't quite work.
updated the mod with some reduced size sprites to lighten the heavy size it had. Please let me know if there's any odd looking visual bugs, since I had to change pretty much every sprite in this process.
The tooltip mod fixes some bluestrings for things that are common in mods, but don't appear in vanilla really, such as restoration buffs. If you're playing without DLC, it also fixes any bluestrings that would've been defined in DLC. I would recommend it, but it's not necessary.
There might be a far more punishing stress penalty to using the trinket in the future (when hit: gain stress), but I don't want to restrict too much of the player's freedom. If they want to go kind of nuts with a character that has a unique death's door, I kind of want to enable that, not prohibit certain strategies such as guarding.
Guts completely shredded it with Berserker Armor. Also the Self-Annihilating Scales is OP on Flagellant bc Flagellant doesn't get the usual debuffs from deaths door and instead, becomes immortal for most expeditions. There has to be smth to trade off for the scales cuz otherwise, Flagellant is just left to be a god
If you want to keep that anty heal debuff at least please make him cycle it to give sometimes a turn to quickly heal party from death's door.
if majority find it too brutal, I will probably lower her action count per turn by 1 for the veteran version.
It's definitely tuned around the player finding two bonus life fruits in the sidepaths to apply to anyone who can't hit backline though.
The 100% reduced healing with a full team, high damage, cleave attack is brutal. Especially since if it gets 2 turns in a row it can ready it and immediately fire (though I'm not sure how much it would help getting a turn between that anyways.) To me the decree's just feel like guaranteed afflictions with how much stress is being thrown around during the fight.
I will say that the fruits during the encounter's leading up to the boss are actually quite fun and interesting,
Pretty cool and fun character, though not worth losing the heroes to get her.

For Vermintide and Sunward Isles - definitely on the table. I have to brainstorm ideas for both still.
For Ringmaster prize - probably not.
