This is just like that cosmetic for Medic that adds red triangles onto his pocket. Pointless.

I don't think these are different enough that the regular pants. Maybe if they were tan so they look kinda like khakis people would notice you have a misc on easier. Otherwise I'd probably miss that they have it on.
