3. Lore Details – Imperial Law & Religion
Under Imperial Law, the Imperial Cult (Pantheon) was widespread across Tamriel. Local religions existed, but the Imperial Cult wasn’t exclusive to just the Imperial Province. Might be interesting to reflect that somehow!

4. Flavor – Mottos & Culture
Would be cool to include mottos or slogans for some kingdoms or provinces. For example, the Imperial Province could have:

“The Empire is Law, the Law is sacred” — Motto of the Third Empire

Hey I have some ideas for improvement

1. Naming Suggestion
Consider renaming "Cyrodiil" to "Imperial Province" — that’s what it was called under the Third Empire. The name "Imperial Province" is more lore-accurate and emphasizes it as the core of the Empire, rather than just another region. "Cyrodiil" is still correct but "Imperial Province" shows it as the center.

2. Province Naming & Colors
You could rename the regions to "Province of Elsweyr", "Province of Skyrim", etc., and give them all a shared imperial red color on the map to reflect that they’re unified under one Empire. Then you could label the center Cyrodil to just "Imperial Province" to reinforce the idea of a cohesive empire rather than a loose alliance.
