I have a small suggestion in regards to screenshots!!! You should add in some older cars (5-10 years before set decade). For example, in the 90s, 80s cars were still fairly common. It would be cool to see, other than that, great work!

Overall really good, I do like the monster house! Neat story behind it! Now, lemme throw in my 2 cents for the year 2000 cover. I really think the town could use a new courthouse/police station, as the current one is quite small, with the old one being converted into maybe another road-side attraction of some sort. Sure it's a small town, but it's definitely had it's fair share of troublemakers, so it could use it. Smaller things, maybe have some of the metal garbage cans replaced with the wheelie bins. A row of street lights on one side of the street leading in and out of the town could also look good, seeing as there's probably quite a few travellers passing through. Maybe 2 or 3 new houses could be added along the main road too. Also you may want a speed limit sign for the town as car speeds have definitely gotten up there over the years. And my last suggestion, cell phone tower. Need some coverage.
