is it your compression settings on import? anything other than RGBA8888 tends to destroy the texture, since most compression modes aren't really designed to handle the kind of textures minecraft uses

Did I screw something up why is my skin blue and purple, original skin file is fine and I can see the second layer but the file is blue and purple both in VTF and in game.
