We tried it in 1 Multiplayer Game, and the Necron never build a 2nd city. Further testing needed for a better feedback tho :D

WeavelCow- Thank you, made my day! Took me a while to get through Necrons.... they actually play well without me, so they made me agonize over whether I was improving them. Heh! But it's a fun type of agony.
