Also you forgot $halflambert on the materials, which is used by characters in Source to make the lighting look nicer.

I don't see how these are optimized textures. You use DXT5 on textures that should be DXT1.

DXT5 is only used when you are using the alpha channel (transparency and such) as it uses up more space for no reason if you're not using the alpha channel.

And also they are 2k or 4k, which I don't really see the need for in Source.

c_hands are a little funked on any weapon base that isn't the base half life 2 weapons. (TFA, ARC9)
