@ wemysilly Regarding medical items and throwables, are you planning to work on them?
I actually have a recommendation for the Medkit and Ammo Pack. You can optimize it based on this:

One idea I just had for a suggestion - could you flip the M60 attachment on survivors' so the box magazine isn't clipping into their back?

You can do it by yourself, first decompile the addon using gcfscape, then you go into the scripts folder and remove the weapon_smg text file, now recompile it into vpk and put it into the games addon folder, NOT the workshop folder.

@Ashi read the description please, it will conflict with mods that also change the weapon scripts, such as changing weapon stats.
