ShizuRX go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\update\resource\l4d360ui_tu_english.txt (or whatever language you play on)

Open the text doc and copy and paste this at the very bottom:

Then you are able to edit the names of each of the different survivors
