Thanks Kryteck! The Auto-Maintenance system is a part in the game. Can be used to repair damage to blocks on the ship. Isn't really needed for a carrier, but I had space so could as well foresee a position for it, just in case.
Kryteck 3 Aug @ 2:33pm
Love this ship. Thank you. Under the bridge on the second level there is a upgrade Auto Maintenance system. What was intended here? I am amusing its not part of the repair bay system

Thanks Volnick and LiqredX! Glad you like it! :)

@Jen'Valzina Accaliah: No, would need to be converted first.
Jen'Valzina Accaliah 28 Jul @ 6:12am
can this be used in normal vanilla emp?
LiqredX 27 Jul @ 8:38am
This is my favorite now, congratulations!
Volnick 25 Jul @ 11:51pm
I love this beast! The only problem I have with it is I need to modify the beam in one of the bays because the Plutus M2 can't pull all the way forward because of the multi-turret, so it won't lock on. Very beautiful and useful ship. Soon I will dock my Torrent on it and head for Legacy space :)

Appreciate you <3 Thanks for taking the time to both create this and help us
Ente  [author] 14 Jul @ 10:53am
Oh also remove the LCDs for the upgrades. Each of those also is a device in terms of size class.
Ente  [author] 14 Jul @ 10:52am
@teakeycee: Ah nice! Thats interesting. Was looking for a storage module as well, so thanks!

@AmSadr: I would probably try removing all railings first. Those are easy to bring in after spawn if you really want them. After that try with removing consoles, if nothing else helps you can remove lights from places where you very rarely go. It won't help actual performace, since those are on sensors anyways, but it will help the compexity number.
AmSadr ☯ 13 Jul @ 3:32pm
How would you recommend dropping this to complexity 25 for spawning into HWS server without sacrificing the aesthetics? We can build over 25 just cant factory spawn in above
teakeycee 13 Jul @ 10:50am
@sparrow114 I have a storage module that fits into the dropship bay: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3289060043

Aim for the two squares on Ente's Hive and it will dock perfectly.
Ente  [author] 13 Jul @ 7:39am
Again thanks for the comments guys!

@Takel: Yeah Dropship modules are a bit rare right now. But you can always dock just another helios module there.
sparrow114 12 Jul @ 11:46am
@Takel
and cut the ( ) as it flags it as a harmful site lol
sparrow114 12 Jul @ 11:41am
@Takel
Thx for that i was looking back before the post but didnt find much and thats why i asked.

You can generally do a search for Astra or Helios and get some matches.

jdrafton's Modular Madness collection (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3337396377) has a bunch of Helios/Astra modules and consumers of various types. Do note that there are some Vanilla/RE1 designs so not all are functional.
His own Astra and Helios modules are some good up-to-date high performance designs.

There's the original Helios collection (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2391935700) which features again, modules and consumers of said modules across vanilla/RE1/2.

And the RE2 Astra collection (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3304974339) .
This collection isn't quite exhaustive, however it does have the core modules for the Astra spec. All of them are solid designs with a good mix of aesthetics and function. Do check out Dadrick's Argo, which can serve as a starter into an Argo -> Astra Mk V -> Hive progression path.
Takel 11 Jul @ 9:04pm
Love at first sight. This is basically my dream end-game fleet carrier. Deck space equal/surpassing a full Helios carrier, An absolutely cavernous internal hanger that fits basically any SV and even some smaller CVs, and even has an upgrade path from using the Astra V as the modules from that aren't wasted. Plus that block work is gorgeous.

My only gripe is that "dropship" bay. It's such an awkward size, being long and narrow, barely wider than the 9x5 hanger door itself and not much taller. That and there's very few functional examples on the workshop for modules of that specification. I guess that just means there's a market for a more modern design dropship module.
Mindy 11 Jul @ 4:20pm
Oh My
sparrow114 11 Jul @ 4:19pm
hey just out of curiosity where can we find the different modules for this?
Ente  [author] 11 Jul @ 1:37pm
Thanks again guys! :)

@Soss: Go to a Colonist refinery station, the salvage trader there. Buy them.
Soss 11 Jul @ 1:07pm
how are we supposed to get the absurd amount of rocket thrusters this thing requires?
Bushwacked 11 Jul @ 11:20am
Woah..............ok, this is next level Ente
MatCz 11 Jul @ 3:15am
Awesome carrier + looks fantastic!
NICMOS 11 Jul @ 12:22am
wao <3
Ente  [author] 10 Jul @ 10:27pm
Thanks everyone for the nice words!

@Amicus: Not from my workshop. Don't know of one either.
Amicus 10 Jul @ 8:12pm
Reminds me that I used to have a motherboard that can use both DDR2 and DDR3 memory sticks.
Can you make a light carrier that has 2 Helios modules or is there already one?
commander.GX 10 Jul @ 4:03pm
great looking ship all add it to the fleet
FredHophead 10 Jul @ 2:42pm
Holy shit nice one. Can we make it a bit bigger?
filbertfarmer 10 Jul @ 1:21pm
Epic build Ente!
pmota 10 Jul @ 6:59am
I used Astra Mk V with Astra modules the previous time I played. This time I'm using the Kasagi, because I wanted to use those Helios modules, but I do miss the smaller Astra ones. This build seems to be a perfectly reasonable solution: dock both! Gonna give it a try, thank you for your blueprint!!
Caveman 10 Jul @ 1:45am
Awesome :)
Myrmidon 9 Jul @ 9:31am
Is it me or is she the first vessel to combine docking space for both Helios and Astra modules? My
starr274 9 Jul @ 9:14am
@ferretwolf eventually you're going to want other CV's like Astra or Helios modules with their own teleports in addition to travel across the ship faster, there's also making a CV that's just a teleporter and the needed parts XD
Ente  [author] 9 Jul @ 8:47am
Thanks for the comments guys! :)

@Ferretwolf: Ah right. Forgot that. Need to add one.

@starr274: Seeeecrets!
Ferretwolf 9 Jul @ 6:35am
like the overall work put into it
but it lacks a spot to have a teleporter
Svan 9 Jul @ 4:14am
Thank you very much . Looks fantastic, and i finally can replace the always used Stellar Endevor for Transportation.
Marcus45 9 Jul @ 4:02am
OMG!!
Michael Ian Hammond eco 9 Jul @ 1:55am
Amazing a well crafted ship platform, the engineering looks incredible the use of items works well A good style with frame-working.
starr274 8 Jul @ 10:01pm
I'm curious where Ente found enough flat space on a planet to land a 158 by 304 block ship :steamhappy:
SGT Roc/K/ 8 Jul @ 3:43pm
This aught my eye the moment I saw it. Very interesting design I can't wait to try. The combination of Astra and Helios modules is interesting, it should be interesting to operate. Thanks again for such a great build.
lyken4 8 Jul @ 3:31pm
Just wow ! Impressive build 👍👍👍
