This doesn't seem to work. Still getting knocked down by Bloodsuckers, boars, poltergeists and burers throwing garbage.

Fighting Vanilla mobs isn't combat, it's grinding.
Something this grown man has no time for.

It only took a couple mutant fights to realize that I was getting bored mid battle, mainly because most mutants run away from combat after knocking you down.

Your mod increases the excitement of combat, and removes the part of the "grind" that ignores your input.
(in other words while you are knocked down, and getting back up you aren't actually playing, you are watching an animated cut-scene.)

Bloodsucker groups are now more damaging as they dodge/move in to slash you up instead.

@Sahura shouldn't be this mod. Try to turn off mods one by one see which one is the problematic.
