There's now a new setting in the options to enable more strict requirements but still not require pawns to be lovers
Also fixed a bunch of bugs, lmk if I created new ones
@dvpierce Yes I'm aware, the problem is checking for pawn.lifestage == lifestage.adult was easier to find than a specific check for age because the former I know where to find but age is more annoying because there are multiple types (biological/chronological) and I didn't know where to reference the one I wanted.
The checks the mod uses for bed-required lovin' (assuming you don't have the checks disabled via the mod setting) don't run into this problem because it requires they already be lovers.
I didn't want to make this check because story-wise you sometimes want to play out the narrative of short-term flings with traders or whatever that the vanilla romance mechanics don't enable.
I'll see if I can make it use the same check (based on the setting selected) next time I push an update.
"Lovin'" targets still include underage pawns, as well as tanks and stuff from the Vehicles Framework and Vanilla Vehicles Expanded. Since I'm obviously using mods, this may not be a problem with this mod specifically.
@Karkino yes it works with any adult pawn, although I did add some checks to not give the option for e.g. drafted pawns etc, there are still a few weird edge cases like it sometimes shows up for hostile raiders (while they are still aggro'd not prisoners/slaves)
@Oris Mador not much else changed, I'm open to suggestions/bug reports.
The new "no bed required" option is a separate menu item from the regular one, for lovers or with the restrictive setting turned off they can both exist in the same menu and you can choose one or the other.
I'm sure Jane Austen would have written something like that, if she had but lived longer.
