Sweep code had a bug that caused it to run too often
Removed Excessive Debugging log lines
Removed some code i had added that was randomizing the build material of the blueprints during the sweep
Like lets start at the bottom, primitive builders hut, small building with small range, you give it a dedicated stockpile of resources and everytime you build in it's radious you build everything instantly but costing 50% more resources to build.
