If I kill Barclay I get his Castle loose my own and than cant win anymore?

fixed! also i did make sure that there isnt any more instant game over screen. Should be fine now

OK next problem i kill Barclay which completes the mission but when next mission starts it immediatly says i failed and offers a restart
