I updated a new version which solved this problem recently.

After this update animals run out of pen the moment someone just pass through door or fence gate. So the moment pawn roping new animals back to pen the others run out the moment pawn open the gate. Pin point to this mod by removing all mods till this one left. Haven't looked into the code, but seems like animals no longer care that pawn is standing in the passage. There is no errors in logs either. Was used DLCs harmony and this mod. To reproduce make a small pen on a gravship and door or gate leading to it, so when pawn trying to rope animals and bring into the pen, the moment door get opened animals inside run out (no, animals not hungry, just wandering out).

Yes that seems to have fixed it, thank you

@Kateye I added an extra space on the closed label:steamfacepalm:, is it worked now?
Kateye 29 Jul @ 11:50am
Are you sure you have the closing tag on the Vehicle Framework correct? The link starts at Vehicle Framework, includes "can pass through these vac barriers (including the vanilla one)My " and then has the opening tag for you roof mod link.
Nebulae Flood  [author] 29 Jul @ 11:44am
@Pasaway That's strange. When I copied the link from the description editing page to my browser and visited it, I could indeed enter my Mod page.
Pasaway 29 Jul @ 11:37am
@Nebulae: This link still goes to vehicle framework only. The URL for your roof mod still goes to Vehicle Framework.
Nebulae Flood  [author] 29 Jul @ 10:22am
@Kateye Thank you, it is not easy for me to check English description since I do not use it as my first language. Now the link should l;ink to my roof mod.
Kateye 29 Jul @ 9:57am
Hey, FYI the URL in your description is broken. It leads to Vehicle Framework and doesn't have the link to your roof expanded mod, which I would like to get

You can just put a big armored garage door [from another mod] in front of the vac barrier.
Do you think you could make it so that the barriers could go over doors?
Nebulae Flood  [author] 25 Jul @ 9:22am
@Voltaire Cool, but it is difficult to make such a "bubble" work, I decide to create a mod to add more roofs include vac-barrier roofs since I seem to find a way to make ship landing area will not blocked by special roof.
Kateye 25 Jul @ 8:23am
Thank you for this, I don't know why vanilla has 2 wide ornate doors but no 2 wide vacbarriers. I hope someone will make vac-barrier roofs that will allow the creation of pressurized shuttle bays.
Voltaire 24 Jul @ 1:32pm
What do you think of a "vac fence" where you can place a perimeter to create an oxygenated "bubble" in vaccum? The idea is that it could be a safe, unroofed spot for shuttles to land it
viperro 24 Jul @ 11:45am
Very cool. Me like.
Nebulae Flood  [author] 24 Jul @ 2:44am
@John doe, make new vacuum-proof doors/autodoors could be much easier, but I'm not good at drawing, maybe I can make a version that can stop enemies passing through.
John doe 23 Jul @ 7:00pm
Would it be possible to make a version that can be placed to make regular doors/autodoors vacuum-proof?
turkler 23 Jul @ 8:59am
awesome, thank you
Flesh Forge 22 Jul @ 5:01pm
thanks for this, I'm using the vanilla 1x2 doors/security doors and there's a glaring need for more sizes of vac barriers
VelxraTV 21 Jul @ 9:08am
Looking forward to that future update. This feels like a small star wars crossover from a space hangar.
Nebulae Flood  [author] 21 Jul @ 9:02am
@Luna I don't know how to do that, maybe someone else will do that.
Luna 20 Jul @ 4:40am
can we have a roof version so the imperials can land into our asteroid bases without beinig hurt ? that would be soo cool
Nebulae Flood  [author] 19 Jul @ 7:50pm
@VelxraTV No, it dosn't. But I will do that in the future.
VelxraTV 19 Jul @ 2:38pm
I really like the idea of this. But can/does it work with vehicles?
Nebulae Flood  [author] 19 Jul @ 11:41am
@Corbald My fault, luckly, I find a way to fix this, I will solve this soon.
Nebulae Flood  [author] 19 Jul @ 11:13am
@StockSounds Just my corridor need this.
Corbald 19 Jul @ 11:04am
If it's placed on a Gravship, isn't it impossible to predetermine the final orientation? I.e. If I spin my gravship, all components should be able to compensate with appropriate orientations/graphics.
StockSounds 19 Jul @ 11:03am
To get your vehicle framework cars out of the gravship?
