Absolutely, I made a downloader [docs.google.com] in the meantime which extracts everything into your Arma 3/ directory where all you need is to import a local mod.

It's almost a shame that SWOP is kind of the only real place to get GCW content, specially the rebel alliance and civilian assets that are needed for an antistasi
