Can you make an only-structures version of this mod, with walls, barricades, etc., but without armor and weapons, please?

update : update details on overwatch apparels-

didnt include the supressor helmet and armor, or grunt armor doesnt need changing-

did not change clothing anything on civilians apparels other than the worker and hazmat helmets

I will work on the faction next

Finally some juicy half life mods coming out. Im suprised it took this long for some to be released, considering its a fairly popular franchise

I've always wanted to play out a sort of ressistance faction that has rogue combine in it, now I can finally do it, thanks!!

update for visual color change for nova prospekt armor and small detail change, and detail change in helmet for soldier-nova-shotgun-elite. Going to do the others after I rest. Then I'm going to continue in factions, after that the synths.

that looks like a vanilla thing that will require for my research bench to replace, if they didn't have the require thingy it would work but it looks like they all require the hi-tech research bench at that point, like i need to hijack it to use my bench instead. maybe with #C? I dont code though and I'd rather not touch those core vanilla things, it might break a mod for all i know.

alr im editing the helmet a bit and also i asked jimmy some of the color scheme he got on his other combine mod that i can use for the armors, specially the nova prospekt armor color thanks to him.

nope, its a big W to the half life fans tho which includes me, since if I get tired on playing my stuff theres always another mod with different art to play around with, I'm hoping more half life mods comes out since I'm excited for these kind of HL content.

If you mean not wanting basic entities like shamblers to be easy... these armors do have good blunt resistance on some tiers but then again I can't remember a time where I havent been able to easily mow down 80 shambler raids with nobody getting hurt.

@SpaccyVA Compared to base game armors, the first tiers of armor are supposed to be just a bit better than a set of flak up to recon. The soldier and elite uniforms last time i checked are about equal to a sidegrade or upgrade to power armor. Their main advantages are better temperature resistances to vanilla gear.

however, there is currently no faction that should spawn with any of the combine gear. You should not have to worry about them showing up in raids at all, unless another mod somehow grabs the unique tags we have on the equipment. Eventually I believe Status will implement a faction but if you make a local copy of this mod you will not have to worry about it.

how well do combine uniforms compare to base game armors? I wanna add this to my run but I intend to play this as an anomaly heavy "SCP Foundation" faction, and I don't want the combine to either dumptruck me or make the entities complete pushovers using their gear.

I updated and added armor and helmet of cremator, no weapon though, the art is ready for weapon, its in the texture file just sitting there, I'm having a hard time in xml for the desired outcome-reason in the "In progress discussion", so that one is on hold for now.

Gonna slowly start on faction thingy

@Tleno yes there be faction in future.

In scenario if you didnt choose a combine colony then youre enemy, ill have to check my 1.5 test faction and see what changed in 1.6 but not my priority right now.

don't know if its meant to be this way but i think the Turret could use a buff to accuracy they can't hit anything unless they are stand at melee range
