why is euterpe looking at me like that

also cant wait to download this and read the packageid name, always the best part of turkler mods, because who can forget the legendary packageids of 'lovelydoveymating.withmysuccubuswife.uuuuu' and 'euterpe.milkytitfuck'

oh wow this mod looks in cre di ble i am so hype to run a playthrough with it; now i just need https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3102649632 to update and i will have my more or less final 1.6 pack
turkler  [author] 17 hours ago
@PoolsidePirate huh, I'll take a look again
@Mallory Forever close but no cigar. there's no active checking, at all. the check runs as a harmony patch when a pawn's hediffs change. but yes, you're mostly on the right track
@Panzer Maiden no, this mod relies on intimacy's lovin' features
FlyOnTheWall 19 hours ago
CEO of sex.
Panzer Maiden 2 Aug @ 3:02am
Would this work without Intimacy btw?
Mallory Forever 2 Aug @ 2:29am
Technically it is still saveable when adding into a mid-game save. This mod checks whether a pawn has a hidden hediff that defines their identity. And the game will check every few ticks and removes the body parts if your pawns don't have the hediff, which they obviously don't have if you add the mod mid-game.

Use an editor (like Pawn Editor or Character Editor) to manually add-in the missing hediff and their corresponding body part, after that everything should be working just fine. (But you probably have to add it to every single pawn on your map, or world...)

Hope this helps! Though I'm not 100% sure but based on my discovery, so far no issue has happened to my save, but I still recommend to use mid-game saver to prevent anything bad happening.
Dizzy_Dares 1 Aug @ 5:17pm
im addig this mid game, and HOPING. it allows me to give an arcotech womb to the colonies femboy ( femboy mod) who i keep mistaking for a girl anyway
video gamer 1 Aug @ 12:50pm
new turkler GEM?!?
Dark_Altair 1 Aug @ 8:45am
My poor colonists’ reproductive organs also burned out in space. Until the root of the problem is found, I manually edited it with Character Editor so that the vacsuit also covers the reproductive area specifically.
琳灵林 1 Aug @ 5:17am
Didn't this mod intend to add breast body parts?
PoolsidePirate 1 Aug @ 12:08am
Weirdly enough, it doesn't seem to occur with the Vacsuits specifically? I turned off all mods except Harmony, Intimacy - A Lovin' Expansion, and Intimacy - Gender Works and spawned in armors that *should* be vacuum-sealed (Cataphract, Recon, and Marine), issue returned.
turkler  [author] 31 Jul @ 5:58pm
@PoolsidePirate do you have another mod messing with body part coverage? I tested that with the gravship scenario and reproductives were not getting vacuum burns
UltraEmailMan 31 Jul @ 4:53pm
"and thus all of my colonists are getting their reproductives burned off in space."

What a horrible day to have eyes.
caroline 31 Jul @ 2:14pm
i am scarred for life
turkler  [author] 30 Jul @ 9:23pm
@PoolsidePirate huh, it should count as it's just a subpart of the pelvis but I'll take a look
PoolsidePirate 30 Jul @ 7:43pm
Slight issue I've run into with the Odyssey DLC: Reproductives apparently don't count as being protected by vacuum-sealed equipment, and thus all of my colonists are getting their reproductives burned off in space.
turkler  [author] 30 Jul @ 3:02pm
@Alois-X I haven't patched ratkin because new ratkin plus (which, as far as I know, is the main ratkin mod) hasn't been updated yet. I'll patch that other mod, though
Alois-X 30 Jul @ 12:18pm
It seems like HAR races like the Ayameduki series and Ratkin series hasn't received patch. Love this mod and hope it can be patched soon.
turkler  [author] 29 Jul @ 4:24pm
Today brings not one, not two but three updates! Yes, I have a bad habit of releasing things little by little. :lilimsob:
Combined changelogs:

Disabling the xenotype gene integration no longer causes patch fail errors.
Potentially fixed an issue where HUD mods (cough cough) could assign a reproductive prefix to pawns that should not have them.
Reproductive genes no longer count as genes for ideological xenotype matching purposes.
Implemented some significant optimizations. Reproductive parts were already super light in terms of performance but they should actually have zero impact in most cases now.

Patched many HAR race mods:
- Cinders of the Embergarden
- Gloomy Dragonian race
- Kurin HAR Edition
- Miho, the celestial fox
- Milira Race
- Mincho, The Mint Choco Slime ~ HAR ver.
- MoeLotl Race
- Wolfein Race

Finally, workshop users will get to experience "oh shit did I just shoot that raider's dick off?"
turkler  [author] 29 Jul @ 11:31am
@Nurdal should be fixed now
Nurdal 29 Jul @ 9:16am
RimHUD is causing all animals to be labelled as "neuter male/female" in my case. Tested vanilla+intimacy+this vs vanilla+intimacy+this+rimhud.

Also the polydor gene is incompatible with vanilla ideology's preferred xenotypes because no pawns of a xenotype containing the polydor gene will actually have that gene.
Soaryn ツ 29 Jul @ 5:23am
Huh, removing it on my end solved my problem, maybe there is more than one incompatibility?
girlkisser 29 Jul @ 5:07am
I don't think it's *just* that--I'm getting the neuter animals thing too, but I don't even have RandomPlus.
Soaryn ツ 29 Jul @ 4:56am
The problem with everything being neuter is an incompatibility with RandomPlus. Just found it out.
I'm running over 850 mods and it fixed itself by removing this specific mod. The issue is probably on their end though.
Big Head Zach 28 Jul @ 7:29pm
@turkler Thanks! Great mod!
turkler  [author] 28 Jul @ 7:22pm
@PuppyGirlArtemis :3 see, I hit devmode quick test with this mod plus base intimacy and all the animals are fine. I've had a few reports but I haven't even seen a screenshot of this happening. I'll gladly fix it if someone can figure out what exactly is causing this issue, though
and thank you
PuppyGirlArtemis :3 28 Jul @ 7:20pm
anyway really cool mod @turkler
PuppyGirlArtemis :3 28 Jul @ 7:16pm
damn, how would one go about figuring out whats causing it?
turkler  [author] 28 Jul @ 7:15pm
@PuppyGirlArtemis :3 I've seen a few vague reports along those lines but none have been able to replicate it with just this mod, so until someone can figure out what's causing it, it's a you issue
PuppyGirlArtemis :3 28 Jul @ 7:14pm
idk if this submod or the main mod is neutoring all animals, is this supposed to happen?
Gamma 28 Jul @ 7:02pm
This is so fucking cool. Thank u so much for making this. I've used dysphoria and simple trans but this is the most "Rimworld tm" implementation of gender identity I've seen.
turkler  [author] 28 Jul @ 6:52pm
@Big Head Zach no, the description tells you to not add the mod mid save
Big Head Zach 28 Jul @ 6:29pm
@turkler And it's not a hediff I seem to be able to remove in God Mode, either.
Big Head Zach 28 Jul @ 6:21pm
@turkler Looks like when added to a game in progress, all pawns (including new ones) are Neutered. Is this a setting I forgot to adjust?
maerlyns rainbow 28 Jul @ 1:57pm
:steamhappy:
Keratinus 28 Jul @ 7:20am
@Filipino Goku I'm pretty sure sexuality traits don't replace normal traits in base game. Instead, pawns get their normal traits and then if they have a spare trait slot they might get one of the sexuality traits. So for example your gay pawn wasn't going to have a Fast Learner that was replaced by Gay, it was simply going to have 1 or 2 traits and got Gay as an additional trait.
Based and futa-pilled mod
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 10:54pm
I released two big updates for Gender Works today!
Combined changelogs:

Reproductive parts can now be entirely destroyed.
Added an operation to restore the reproductives body part, unlocked with the fertility procedures research.
The bioregeneration cycle of a biosculpter will restore a pawn's reproductive parts.

Added an option to disable the integration of the mod's genes into Biotech and modded xenotypes.
The function of the 'polydor birth' gene has been overhauled. Now, instead of randomizing a pawn's reproductive parts on generation, it instead randomly assigns the pawn one of the other reproductive part genes.

Implemented compatibility for the Big and Small mods.

Pawns that are neither male nor female will now be assigned reproductive parts at random.
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 10:41pm
@irynith_ yeah that should be possible. I'm about to push out a hotfix in a moment so I'll include it with that
irynith_ 27 Jul @ 10:29pm
I don't really know much about RimWorld modding as much as I would want to but;

maybe for like situations where a person's gender is neither male or female there would be a fallback sorta thing that just randomly rolls. Like 25% of each, neuter, gestor, phallus and aphrodor
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 5:28pm
@Mischievious Mizuru yeah yeah. I'll make a patch sometime
Mischievious Mizuru 27 Jul @ 5:11pm
I would love to use this mod, but I'm using big and small, is there a workaround to have both?
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 4:15pm
@Kokorocodon I accidentally deleted your response :lilimsob: but glad to hear you like the mod
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 4:02pm
@Kokorocodon yeah
Kokorocodon 27 Jul @ 4:00pm
So... futas?
turkler  [author] 27 Jul @ 3:14pm
@The wise old man :Ib_TheLadyinRed:
The wise old man 27 Jul @ 2:43pm
Great mod, not sure if intended or not but when you create a pawn (sleeve) using altered carbon 2 they are always neuters
Filipino Goku 27 Jul @ 7:33am
@userrr3 I'd use Way Better Romance, which adds sexuality as a separate, non replacer trait for all pawns. It's compatible with Intimacy
Emilynyaaa 27 Jul @ 7:30am
aaah im sad i can't add it mid game. but will use it in my next playthrougth!!!
