A lighter version of the mod would be great, say split certain things like blocks and parts, windows, deco and so on.

Sorry I'm not going to be adding anything new to this mod. I only recompiled and optimized the parts. I may try adding something like that on my other mod tho. I've already made a compact version of the normal light so I'm sure it would be possible

All you need to do is create the vehicle in a world where the mods are enabled, and you will be able to spawn it in other worlds that don't have the mods. However when going to other worlds without the mods, you won't have the components in your catalog, so you will need them to already be on your vehicle.

is there something special to do to allow them to work across servers, or just enable it while building and it'll be spawnable even if people dont have everything?

found some bugs with some of the wheels the 3x3 narrow and caster wheels are not showing up

Grimper I don't think its possible still since the way you make custom window models is you specify the model material as glass, and I don't think it can be both glass and paintable

Any chance you could look into doing tinted/paintable windows? I asked Thales about this a while back and he said it wasn't possible back then. But now that things work differently it might be hopefully.
