The only way to use Meaningful Upgrades because in the original mods upgrade costs don't scale so it's incredibly OP

To be more specific, 'upgrades' are defined in one text file - just like the same problem with modding 'talents' in the game. So for lack of a proper patching system every mod has to overwrite the entire file.

@Ulysses but from what I remeber baroverhaul dev said that meaningful upgrades fucked with baroverhaul's upgrade system so I was wondering if this had the same issue
