try turn off Agot House founders, some days ago it couse problem with other mods and artifacts graphic , but now work fine for me. without any problem. Maester stay with characters, tried few bookmarks + different kingdoms/lords also tried remove them from their positions and put them back - everything works without any problems.

Odd, this issue still occurs for me. I only used the mods in your playset.
