I thumb the map up because it was something different, but conveying the cube over to disable the laser field wasn't necessary. What I did getting the solid cube was pass through my portals, 1 onthe floor next to the button the 2nd portal at the goo, jump through my portals to carry the cube back, then used time creating the 2nd Chell and carried the cube with me using the tractor beam up to the exit.
Thanks stormsend for telling me there's more to TWTM than the story, I might make some maps with this free DLC!
mine are slow going. so may take a while.
but if you update this, I will gladly re-test.
ps. the initial getting the cube, was good.
so I would not alter that.
I will be happy to play it.
I have 3 under construction.
1 has pellets, which I am learning about, through testing.
as so long ago, since I played the original portal.
but of course their is TWTM mechanics.
after playing your other, great maps.
my expectations were very high.
so felt a little disapointed.
but you said "just a fun little map".
so fair enough.
2 uses of time machine=good.
(some maps don't bother using it ?)
route back to start good, to avoid possible trap scenario.
the accent starts good.
but could do with something more.
a variable after 1st 2 angled panels, in the walls.
no exploits found :)
