Yeah the page is a tad bit confusing. The images are great but it does make it look like that those things would be things to encounter not hear.

The images in description really look like as it was an addon for Musical Instruments (Continued) mod (which would be cute actually)

@[ACHR] Warner there is no instrument added in the mod, only background music packs. I am planing to make a new mod to add some new thingdefs like oriental instruments in the game.
