It doesn't change anything. It's just created on the Ultimate Mod Editor and UltimateLib is a dependency.

I'm sorry but what exactly does this mod change about the UltimateLib mod? Could you expound a little? All I can tell from a glance is the addition of more pieces for the buildable gaming PC which I will glance over briefly before selecting the most expensive top of the line part.

in the lite version thier ws a controller, a stering wheel, a joystick and a mouse

I playtested the mod and saw that the mod's platforms are not balanced at all with the in-game ones. The whole unit sold parametres need to be modified. I'm not sure, though, if I should reduce the sold platforms(which is something I wanna avoid) or if I should duplicate the default consoles, in order to enter real-life units sold(lower quality pics, a TON of work, more useless information,etc.). I need your opinion at that.

In case you spot any bug or problem, comment down here. I'm really new to this modding stuff and still figuring some things out.
